Vintage gold and white teacup and saucer set of 4

Vintage white and gold teacup set.  May be from the Uzbekistan/Russia area.  We have not been able to totally clarify this but is gorgeous.

4 teacups and 4 saucers.  2 teacups are in one pattern and the other 2 in another pattern but all saucers are the same. 
Sizes are shown in the images.
